LAND BANK

The Albany/Dougherty County Land Bank requests bids from licensed and insured companies. The listed locations require property maintenance. The Land Bank seeks qualified, licensed, and insured contractors to perform necessary property maintenance such as:

Grass Mowing, Debris and Litter Removal, Tree Debris Removal, Minimal Landscaping and Construction/Demolition/Rehabilitation as described in request for bids.

Companies submitting proposals should return the request for bid completely filled out and include a copy of their State Certifications/License, Local Occupational Tax Certificate (Business License) and a copy of Insurance.
