PROPERTY MAINTENANCE RFP
The Albany/Dougherty County Land Bank requests bids from licensed and insured companies. Land Bank-owned parcels require property maintenance. The Land Bank seeks qualified, licensed, and insured contractors to perform necessary property maintenance such as:
Grass Mowing, Debris and Litter Removal, Tree Debris Removal, Minimal Landscaping, and Construction/Demolition/Rehabilitation as described in the request for bids.

Companies submitting proposals should return the request for bid completely filled out and include a copy of their State Certifications/License, Local Occupational Tax Certificate (Business License), and a copy of Insurance.
